AMANDA HART

Amanda Hart first got involved in the local Casselberry community as a volunteer at her son’s elementary school. This early involvement led to years of advocacy as a Dividends volunteer, community leader, and proud mom.

As a Realtor, Amanda is proud to show off the green spaces, public schools, and friendly neighborhoods that bring young families like hers to our city! And that passion for continued community improvement is clear in Amanda’s work to advocate at the City Commission for expanded public services and resident input.

Amanda is passionate about inspiring more resident participation in local government and working to represent the families, public school parents, and all those who call Casselberry home. She’s committed to making City Commission meetings more accessible, prioritizing safe and sustainable infrastructure development, and keeping our homes affordable.

ISSUES

PUBLIC SAFETY

Protecting our community means more than just crime reduction or emergency response times to Amanda. She considers disaster preparedness, risk mitigation, and public health to be issues worth constant attention, testing and improvement.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

With millage increases being the response to the property tax amendment being considered, Amanda understands that residents need to feel value in our City's budget. Things like infrastructure and parks are essential investments to maintain but reducing debts and liabilities should remain a priority.

RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPEMENT

Though advocating for individuals property rights first, Amandas mindful of the impacts development has on our homes, the environment, and the community. Local ordinances shouldn't feel like enforcement but responsible growth should be conform with safety and enviornmental regulations.
